We do not create, edit, or verify listing content before publication. 2.2 No Endorsement The presence of any Agency, Agent, or property listing on our Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or certification of: The Agency's or Agent's professional competence The accuracy of listing information The legal status or condition of any property The legitimacy of any business practice 2.3 Accuracy of Information While we strive to maintain platform quality, we do not guarantee that: Property details (price, availability, specifications) are current or accurate Photographs accurately represent current property conditions Agency or Agent credentials are valid or current Descriptions comply with fair housing or anti-discrimination laws Properties may be listed with multiple Agencies at different prices.
